On The Hill Coffee Bar lives up to its name as a "prison café." The café features a row of interconnected cells on either side, with white walls, black iron grilles, and silver tables and chairs, creating a distinctly cold atmosphere that contrasts sharply with the warm ambiance of its North Point location.

In one of the cells, the barista prepares a variety of coffee drinks using whisky blends. Be sure to try their new creation, the Thai Dirty, which combines espresso with milk and condensed milk, offering a pronounced coffee and milk layer. With a big sip, you'll experience a delightful sweetness with a hint of whisky aroma.

During its trial period, On The Hill Coffee Bar is serving only coffee and tea, but plans to introduce a selection of breads and light snacks in the future. The café will also host guided tours and exhibitions periodically, adding to the unique experience.
