Golden Bauhinia Square

Golden Bauhinia Square is a significant landmark in Wan Chai, located next to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. At its center stands the striking golden bauhinia sculpture, symbolizing Hong Kong's prosperity.

Named “Forever Blooming Bauhinia”, the statue commemorates Hong Kong’s return to China in 1997 and represents the city's continuous growth. With its harborfront location, visitors can enjoy stunning views of Victoria Harbour, including the skyline of Tsim Sha Tsui across the water.

A flag-raising ceremony is held every morning, attracting tourists eager to witness the solemn event. The square is also close to Wan Chai Star Ferry Pier, providing easy access to Tsim Sha Tsui for further exploration.
